 健身室內有多台名牌優質健身器材，如電腦跑步機、滑雪機、划艇機、單車等帶氧運動器械和阻力運動器材，供會員享用及進行各項健體計劃，以促進會員身心靈健康。
Our renovated fitness room has well-known aerobic and resistant training fitness equipment, such as Treadmill, Cross Trainer, Rowing Machine, Stair Climber and Bicycle. We provide also national qualified experience coaches to give advice on your health and fitness enquiries, and to help design program aimed at improving your fitness and sports performance.

  1. 本會健身室設施只供會員及酒店住客使用。請會員於購票時出示有效之女青會員證。
  2. 使用人士必須為十六歲或以上，並須穿著運動服裝及運動鞋。
  3. 公眾假期：健身室只供持有效月票及會員證之會員使用
  4. 若天文台發出黑色暴雨警告，或八號或以上颱風訊號，健身室將暫停開放。
  5. 本會提供私人教練，每小時收費為$450。
  6. 有興趣人士請到一樓接待處查詢及辦理手續（電話3476 1310）。

 

Fitness Room（Fees listed above）

  1. The fitness room facility is reserved for members and Hotel guests only.? Members please show valid membership card when purchasing the ticket.
  2. Users must be aged 16 or above and dress in sports wear and shoes.
  3. Public holidays: Only members with valid monthly pass and membership care can use the fitness room.
  4. In the event of red or black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal no. 8 or above, the facility will be closed.
  5. Private fitness class is available at an hourly rate of $450.
  6. Interested parties may go to 1/F counter for enquiry and necessary procedures. (Tel: 3476 1310)
